About Me

My website is a look into my journey as a woman who has dealt with a lifetime of autoimmune diseases while also becoming a wife and a mother of 5 children. I have the added adventure of supporting and advocating for one of my sons, who is now 5 years old, with an autoimmune disease of his own.  He received his diagnosis at 2.5 years old and we have been fighting it ever since.

I am challenged daily to be different than I was the day before. I must be stronger than yesterday, more patient than yesterday, more understanding than yesterday, in addition to being aware of other qualities, both positive and negative, that I need to navigate to maintain a positive, healthy attitude and perspective.

I know we all have challenges that lead us to change. But I am pushed to learn things and grow in ways I never planned on because of the circumstances in my life and the needs of my family.

I’m a full-time stay-at-home, working mom. My main focus is on being a mom. My side job is this website. It is designed to share with you the companies, products, and people in my life that have helped me. Some of these products have saved me through the last 10 years, more specifically, in the last 5 years. Eating right, taking supplements as well as maintaining a workout regimen have all made my body healthier and stronger while helping keep my mental health in check. Each of these companies I represent has played a hand in my healthy mind, body, and spirit.

In addition to sharing these companies with you, you’ll see the charity my husband and I began for Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital Chicago. In 2018 we created Caring for Caregivers to help pay for the meals of the family members staying in the hospital caring for their in-patient children. The charity has raised over $15,000 and is helping feed family members daily.

I have a lot of fun ideas, products, people, adventures, and challenges I can’t wait to share.  I’m not a life coach, or trainer, I’m just a mom surviving everyday life.  There are many of us out there and we need to struggle together while supporting and celebrating each other!  If you would like to know more about any of the companies, products or my story that I discuss on my site please reach out to me by clicking on the “Contact Me” button.

Hope to talk to you soon,

Jane
